Do your microphone kits include tools for assembly?

Our kits include all necessary electronic components, PCBs, and hardware. However, you will need to provide your own soldering iron, solder, wire cutters, and basic hand tools.

What is your return policy on DIY kits?

We accept returns on unstarted kits in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a kit has been soldered or partially assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our premium microphone parts and kits worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Are your capsules compatible with other microphone brands?

Many of our boutique capsules are designed as direct upgrades for popular Chinese-made condenser microphones. Please check the 'Compatibility' section on each product page for specific fitment details.

What kind of technical support do you offer?

Every kit comes with a detailed, step-by-step assembly manual. If you run into issues during your build, our technical team is available via email to help troubleshoot your circuit.

How long does it take to process an order?
